Dolce Gusto’s actual subscription process is not user-friendly. Plus, most of the users do not know about the possibility of recycling coffee capsules or what happens when they do.

Insight:

Create a smooth process for the user. Empathize, provide clear information, and add value to the subscription were the main goals. How?

  • Creation of an onboarding process for the subscription;

  • Creation of awareness about the possibility of recycling;

  • Gamification, showing the user what happens when recycling coffee capsules.
